Acceptance

By creating an account or using Brickslasher, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

Brickslasher provides read-only analysis of your Databricks environment. We never modify, delete, or create resources in your workspace.
Savings estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Actual savings depend on your actions and environment.
Access is provided via invitation only. A paid subscription is required for continued access.

Acceptable Use

You must have authorisation to connect the Databricks workspaces you scan.
Do not attempt to access data belonging to other organisations.
Do not use the service to circumvent Databricks licensing or usage terms.

Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the Settings page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Limitation of Liability

Brickslasher is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
